Job summary

El Paso Manual Physical Therapy is seeking a Video Editor / Videographer to join our media team. Your primary job will be to turn weekly livestreams and long-form recordings into engaging YouTube videos, Shorts, Reels, and other digital content.

We’re not just looking for someone who can make videos look good; we want someone who can recognize what is actually worth watching and shape stories that retain viewers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional video editing experience.
• Experience with long-form and short-form content.
• Ability to operate basic video production equipment.
• Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and audience retention.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to receive feedback and work efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Record weekly livestreams and video productions.
• Operate cameras, microphones, and basic lighting equipment.
• Review long-form recordings and identify strong hooks, stories, educational moments, and short-form clips.
• Create approximately 3–5 long-form videos and 10–20 short-form rough cuts from weekly content.
• Remove dead space, repetition, mistakes, and unnecessary tangents.
• Improve pacing, framing, audio, and basic captions.
• Organize project files for handoff to our Designer / Animator.
• Help record and upload our weekly member coaching calls.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Record weekly livestreams and video productions

• Create approximately 3–5 long-form videos and 10–20 short-form rough cuts from weekly content

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Experience with YouTube, livestream production, multicamera editing, health/fitness content, or After Effects is a plus.

This Role Is NOT Primarily Responsible For

• Advanced motion graphics
• Paid advertising

Our Designer / Animator handles final visual polish.
