Qualifications

• A full driver’s license held for at least three years

• Tech-savvy with basic troubleshooting skills
• Proficient in Excel

Responsibilities

• Supervise and instruct participants during recording sessions
• Operate Appen tools and equipment to run data collection projects
• Monitor project trackers and report progress to Data Collection Lead
• Communicate with participants in person, by email, or by phone
• Provide light troubleshooting support with software and equipment
• Set up participant payments and maintain accurate records
• Handle all participant and project information with confidentiality
