Cincinnati Children's is seeking a Videographer/Editor to capture and edit high-quality video that supports marketing, recruitment, and education initiatives. You will work under the Multimedia Manager, bringing creative concepts to life through camera work, lighting, audio and editing.

The ideal candidate blends technical proficiency with visual storytelling, takes ownership of shoots, edits, and deadlines, and works collaboratively with producers and strategists to deliver compelling content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of related work experience.

Responsabilités

• Capture and edit interviews and supporting footage.
• Operate camera, lighting and audio equipment.
• Collaborate with creative partners on concepts and plans.
• Complete editing, color correction, audio, captions and graphics.
• Develop video for digital, social, broadcast and internal channels.
• Manage projects, deadlines, footage, and production equipment.
• Maintain brand, accessibility, privacy and consent standards.
