Tier4 Group is seeking a Video Content Strategy & Production Manager to lead strategy, planning, and execution of recruitment-focused video stories and career content. You will drive projects from conception to delivery, partnering with marketing, content, and creative teams to shape concepts and manage workflows.

The role emphasizes storytelling, cross-functional collaboration, and managing a high-volume content pipeline with visibility across the business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in video production, content production, marketing comms, or related field.
• Experience managing video projects from concept to final delivery.
• Strong project management across multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience in high-volume content environments.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of video production projects from planning to final delivery.
• Partner with marketing and creative to develop video content strategies aligned to goals.
• Review assets, transcripts, and source materials to identify storytelling opportunities.
• Support development of recruitment-focused and testimonial content.
• Coordinate production schedules, timelines, milestones, and deliverables across projects.
• Collaborate with editors, writers, and leadership to realise concepts.
• Work with SMEs, talent, agencies, and partners throughout production.
• Ensure content aligns with brand voice and audience objectives.
• Present updates to stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
• Maintain documentation, asset management, and production workflows.
