• Production Operations & Delivery: manage schedules, track costs, deliver video assets on time and within budget.
• Production Execution: support all phases from conceptualization to final delivery.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Management: obtain approvals and provide regular updates on progress and budget.
• Asset Management: handle AV formats and asset delivery to stakeholders.
• Process & Documentation: establish production processes and SOPs; educate partner teams.
• Business Affairs & Team Collaboration: assist contracts, budgets, and billing coordination.
