Job summary

Binance is launching the Accelerator Program internship designed for early career talent to gain hands-on experience in the digital assets space. As an intern, you will develop video content, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and learn from a global social media team to drive brand storytelling.

Current university students or recent graduates with strong English, video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, After Effects), and a passion for memes and trends are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Must be a current student or recent graduate.
• Fluent English; strong written and verbal communication.
• Proven ability to create engaging short-form video content.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and produce short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts, etc.) that capitalizes on internet trends to drive impressions and engagement
• Harness trending audio, formats, and memes to produce timely video content across platforms
• Work closely cross-functionally with design, content, performance marketing, product and other teams to concept and execute video-driven social campaigns
• Collaborate with the wider global social team and external departments (product, partnerships) to promote and build the Binance brand through video storytelling
• Assist the team across platforms in brainstorming creative ideas, with a primary focus on video-first content for both general posts and campaigns
• Measure, report, and analyze performance of video content and campaigns across channels, translating findings into actionable, data-driven recommendations to improve future performance
