Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a mental health-related field with 5+ years of clinical mental health counseling and crisis management experience.
  • Licensure: LCSW/LPC/LMFT may substitute for two years of experience.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of Victim Services Counseling Program staff.
  • Promote development of clinicians' skills and supervision using evidence-based approaches.
  • Manage program goals, budgets, and grant documentation.
  • Provide incident command leadership in critical incidents and disasters.
  • Prepare for court testimony as an expert witness and conduct media interviews.
