  • Oversee the technical quality and regulatory compliance of all engineering deliverables.
  • Serve as Engineer of Record, certifying plans and documentation as required.
  • Act as the primary client liaison, maintaining stakeholder relationships during project lifecycles.
  • Coordinate with regulatory agencies to secure permits and approvals.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
  • Mentor and support junior engineers and project managers, promoting professional development.
  • Drive business development initiatives, including proposals and client presentations for the water resources division.

The Vice President of Water & Wastewater

is a senior leadership role responsible for guiding the planning, design, and execution of complex water and wastewater infrastructure projects, including collection systems, pumping stations, and treatment facilities. This individual will lead multidisciplinary teams, ensure technical excellence, and maintain strong relationships with clients, regulatory agencies, and partners. The role also plays a key part in strategic planning, business development, and mentoring within the water resources group.

Responsibilities
  • Provide executive leadership for major water and wastewater projects-from studies and preliminary reports to design, bidding, and construction services.
  • Oversee the technical quality and regulatory compliance of all engineering deliverables.
  • Serve as Engineer of Record, certifying plans and documentation as required.
  • Act as the primary client liaison, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships throughout project lifecycles.
  • Coordinate with regulatory agencies to secure necessary project permits and approvals.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource plans to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Mentor and support junior engineers and project managers, promoting continuous professional development.
