Job summary

Travere Therapeutics is seeking a Vice President, U.S. Patient Access to lead the end-to-end patient access platform for rare disease therapies.

Vice President, U.S. Patient Access at Travere Therapeutics, leading the end-to-end patient access platform for rare disease therapies.

Responsibilities:

oversee payer management, reimbursement, contracting, rebate adjudication, government reporting, hub and patient services, specialty pharmacy, and affordability programs; partner with commercial, medical, legal, and compliance teams; ensure scalable, compliant, and patient-centric access operations; manage performance metrics, vendor governance, and budget.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (advanced preferred); 15+ years in biopharma with leadership in patient access, reimbursement, or commercial operations; strong analytical, financial, and cross-functional collaboration skills; experience in rare disease or specialty pharma highly preferred.
