Job summary

Mirai Bio is seeking a Head of Translational Biology to lead research on nucleic acid delivery for genomic medicines. The role focuses on developing non-viral vectors with cell-specific targeting and enhanced delivery, supporting next-generation genetic therapies.

The candidate will oversee discovery programs, design experiments, manage collaborations, and shape the strategy and resourcing for a high-impact translational biology group. This leadership position may be hybrid or onsite.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Immunology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, or related field.
• 8+ years in in vivo delivery research within biopharma.
• Expertise in pharmacology, nucleic acid therapeutics, immunology, biodistribution.
• Prior management experience and strong communication skills.
