    • Oversee scalable onboarding protocols, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and continuous training programs to drive high system adoption and process compliance across all operating locations.
    • Drive executive oversight for major technology rollouts, strategic customer account implementations, and system enhancements to maximize operational velocity and service reliability.
  • Equipment & Chassis Strategy
    • Establish the strategic framework, product vision, and operational controls for chassis management tools, equipment tracking, and asset utilization across drayage and transload networks.
    • Oversee programs and operational safeguards designed to maximize asset efficiency and mitigate financial risks related to equipment dwell, demurrage, and detention.

    • Lead executive review processes to drive consistency, accountability, and operational excellence across all port markets and logistics networks.
