In the Legal & Compliance division, this Vice President‑level position supports the firm’s enterprise‑wide Financial Crimes Prevention efforts. The role sets KYC policy in coordination with Global Financial Crimes Advisory and Legal colleagues, implements KYC control changes and enhancements, and works cross‑functionally with Operations, Business Units, and Technology to promote consistent KYC practices worldwide.
Base pay ranges from 120,000 to 205,000 USD per year at commencement, with compensation potentially including commissions, incentive and discretionary bonuses, long‑term incentive packages, and other company‑sponsored benefits. The role requires office attendance three days per week, including two Anchor Days for in‑office collaboration.
