Job summary

Centene Corporation is seeking a senior product leader to shape vision and drive a comprehensive product strategy across business units. You will define needs, craft a profitable roadmap, and partner with Operations, Pharma sales and Provider Sales to balance priorities and resources.

You will lead a team focused on product development, consumer engagement, and strategic partnerships while ensuring ROI and market competitiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in product development, ownership and management, business strategy, technology delivery, operations, or a related field.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional product initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders in a matrixed environment.

Job description

Position Purpose:

Oversee the product development function, including formulating product vision and strategy, defining future product needs and enhancements, and driving the creation of profitable, highly engaging, easy-to-use products across all business units.

• Develop and oversee the model for managing product development strategy.
• Develop and oversee product roadmap in alignment with company strategic goals, market trends, competitive landscape, client, and consumer needs.
• Drive digital and data/analytics product innovation ensuring highly engaging products with high ease of use.
• Partner with strategic business unit team leadership (Operations, Pharma sales, Provider Sales and Account Management) and portfolio management to plan and manage complex set of priorities and resources to meet dynamic business, client, and market needs.
• Build an effective and efficient product organization, including product management, consumer engagement, strategic partnerships and innovation.
• Drive efficiency within the RFP and client implementation processes.
• Review market landscape, analyze usage of product offerings, and review business case and key metrics to ensure ROI.
• Monitor and measure product competitiveness and support new business opportunities.
• Manage, measure and monitor strategic partners.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Complies with all policies and standards.

Education/Experience:

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience required

For Operations: 10+ years of progressive experience in product development, ownership and management, business strategy, technology delivery, operations, or a related field, including 5+ years leading cross-functional product initiatives, managing complex roadmaps, and influencing senior stakeholders in a matrixed environment. required.

Pay Range: $188,900.00 - $359,800.00 per year
