Vice President, Product Manager, Chase Travel Lodging Product

As a Vice President, Product Manager, Chase Travel Lodging Product, you will manage product strategy, new product development, and test-and-learn initiatives. You will collaborate with teams comprising software engineering, infrastructure development, architecture, and servicing to advance the product’s vision and strategy to meet customer needs. You will leverage industry insights, data, analytics, and business requirements to develop and manage a roadmap of initiatives over time. This role is part of the Chase Travel organization within Connected Commerce, a key business segment of Chase's Consumer & Community Banking group.

To succeed, you should be adept at driving Agile and Lean frameworks to ensure quality product delivery and continuous improvement, embracing agility as a core practice.

Job Responsibilities
  • Own and manage the delivery of the product roadmap for your focus area across web and mobile platforms.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for the product domain, evaluating and documenting requirements, scoping technical solutions, identifying risks, and clearly communicating goals and milestones to global stakeholders.
  • Create user stories, test scripts, and acceptance criteria.
  • Partner with internal and external teams (product, design, technology, analytics, risk, legal, compliance, operations, marketing) on prioritization and feature development.
  • Manage product reviews, strategy sessions with leadership, performance assessments, and data-driven decisions to evolve the roadmap.
  • Refine and iterate the product roadmap based on business objectives, customer research, and analytics.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of user experience insights and journeys, using user analysis to anticipate trends and provide insights for backlog management.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Minimum of 5+ years in a product management role, building large-scale enterprise products or systems.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • At least 2-3 years of people leadership experience.
  • Experience taking technical products from inception to delivery, with the ability to articulate their impact.
  • Ability to manage tight timelines, work calmly under pressure, and navigate ambiguity and change.
  • Strong strategic thinking, interpersonal, and influencing skills to manage partnerships across all organizational levels, including remote teams.
  • Proven problem-solving skills for complex business challenges, consensus building, and organizational transformation.
  • Data-driven decision-making and analytical skills, with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.

  • Familiarity with product management in the travel industry.
  • Passion for innovation, cross-boundary collaboration, and enabling team success.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies is preferred.
