  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the team, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Partner closely with other functions to align Enterprise product strategy with complex customer needs, commercial opportunities, technical feasibility, and go-to-market execution
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor the effectiveness of departmental initiatives, and make data-driven adjustments to improve outcomes
  • Oversee the department's budget, resource planning, and operational efficiency to ensure optimal use of resources and alignment with financial goals
  • Drive innovation and market differentiation across the Enterprise portfolio, identifying opportunities to expand product capabilities, strengthen competitive positioning, and increase Enterprise customer satisfaction

  • Serve as the department's key representative at executive meetings, board presentations, and industry events, advocating for the department's needs and contributions to the overall business
  • Own Enterprise product performance from concept through market adoption, using customer insights, market signals, and business performance to continuously optimize the portfolio for growth and profitability

Qualifications:
