Job Description

This is a senior leadership role that requires product judgement, organizational leadership, and the ability to turn ambitious ideas into customer-facing experiences and roadmaps that scale across platforms and teams.

We are looking for an experienced, versatile product leader who can take an ambitious strategic direction and turn it into a distinctive product vision with measurable outcomes, and develop a growing product team in a competitive consumer landscape. A successful candidate will bring creativity to look at problems in new ways, discipline in using experiments and proof of concepts to validate hypotheses, strong collaboration skills to get things done across a matrixed organization, including the wider NBCUniversal and Sky businesses, and excellent communication skills.

This role will lead a team of approximately 20 product managers, report to the SVP, Product and UX, and work across the organization to deliver measurable improvements in customer engagement, including frequency, watch time, discovery success, and participation in entertainment and sports experiences.

  • Grow and lead an experimentation portfolio that rapidly validates new content formats, interaction models, and engagement experiences through iterative testing.
  • Act as a senior thought partner to the SVP Product & UX on content innovation, portfolio prioritization, and executive stakeholder management, balancing immediate business priorities, foundational capabilities, and longer-term innovation.
  • Define how Search, Personalization, Ad Innovation, and emerging AI capabilities come together within the customer experience, partnering with the teams that own those capabilities to deliver simple, intuitive, and differentiated journeys.
  • Create coherence across discovery, mobile, playback and fan experiences, ensuring that individual initiatives contribute to a simple and connected customer experience.
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing organization of product leaders and managers, establishing a culture of clear accountability, strong decision-making, and alignment around a shared vision and measurable outcomes.
  • Help create an AI-forward product culture by establishing new ways of working that improve the speed, quality, and effectiveness of research, product definition, prototyping, experimentation, and decision-making.
  • Have a keen sense for good UX/design and the ability to make evidence-based decisions using consumer insights, product analytics, competitive and market analysis.
  • Translate complex ideas into clear, compelling executive presentations and prototypes that explain product vision and strategy.
  • Collaborate with product design, project management, merchandising, data, marketing, content, and strategy teams to develop holistic points of view and confidently make product decisions and deliver high quality products.
  • Build business cases for incremental product investment that drives innovation and measurable customer or business impact.
  • Build experiences and engagement capabilities that can scale across Peacock, Sky and global streaming platforms.
Qualifications
