Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Vice President Recruiter for Private Banking to lead end-to-end recruitment and optimize talent acquisition strategies.

You will staff the business with quality hires, build proactive pipelines, and guide hiring managers through processes and negotiations. You will act as a SME in recruitment within your segment, manage expectations, and partner with HR, compensation, and leadership to deliver results.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a recruiter role (in-house or agency).
• Experience sourcing and pipelining talent.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and deliver a first-class candidate experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to present recruiting activity to senior clients when required.
• Strong ability to manage client expectations and escalations.

Responsibilities

• Qualify requisitions and align job descriptions with global guidance.
• Lead intake calls with hiring managers and guide recruitment processes and policies.
• Map talent, manage candidate pools, and act as a market specialist.
• Source and pipeline candidates through diverse channels, with sourcing partner support when needed.
• Screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Coordinate with interview scheduling to arrange candidate interviews.
• Provide timely communication to candidates and managers; relay feedback and disposition candidates in real time.
• Influence decision making and manage expectations of hiring managers and candidates.
• Conduct pre-offer calls and own offer negotiation and management.
• Coordinate with managers, HR, and compensation for appropriate approvals.
• Present recruiting activity to senior client groups and manage escalations.
