As Vice President Operations, you will lead the operational delivery of large-scale, complex EPC and EPCM construction projects in technically demanding, mission-critical environments such as the semiconductor industry. You will be responsible for operational performance across safety, quality, cost, schedule, productivity, and project execution while maintaining P&L accountability for the business within the region.

This is a senior construction and project delivery leadership role requiring extensive experience in the execution of semiconductor fabrication facilities. You will provide operational direction across the project lifecycle, working closely with Engineering, Procurement, Project Management, Project Controls, Commercial, and field operations to strengthen delivery consistency, predictability, and performance.

You will also ensure that the organization has the leadership, resources, capabilities, and execution frameworks required to deliver current projects and support future growth. Project Directors will report into this role for the duration of their respective project assignments.

Operational Leadership & Performance

• Lead operational performance across all ATF projects and field execution activities
• Ensure consistent delivery across safety, quality, schedule, cost, and productivity metrics
• Drive standardized operating models, execution frameworks, and performance management systems
• Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions to improve delivery outcomes

Execution Excellence & Delivery Consistency

• Oversee end-to-end execution across project lifecycle with focus on operational efficiency
• Ensure seamless coordination between engineering, procurement, and field operations
• Drive repeatability, scalability, and predictability in project delivery
• Implement best practices and lessons learned across all projects

Preconstruction & Operational Planning

• Partner with preconstruction and commercial teams to ensure operational readiness
• Provide input into estimating, constructability, and delivery strategies
• Ensure execution plans are aligned with operational capabilities and resource planning
• Support improved bid competitiveness through operational insights

Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, cost efficiency, and schedule reliability
• Implement Lean principles, standardization, and structured problem-solving practices
• Identify operational gaps and drive transformation initiatives across the business
• Enhance execution capacity to support business growth

People Leadership & Capability Development

• Lead and develop high-performing operational and field leadership teams
• Drive workforce planning, staffing strategies, and capability building across ATF operations
• Establish performance expectations, accountability, and leadership development programs
• Foster a strong culture of ownership, collaboration, and execution excellence

Safety, Culture & Organizational Alignment

• Champion a strong safety culture aligned with Incident-Free Workplace principles
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements

Show your expertise

Extensive EPC/EPCM and construction leadership experience, with 15+ years in the execution of large-scale and technically complex capital projects.

Proven semiconductor project delivery track record, including direct responsibility for the engineering, construction, project controls, or operational execution of semiconductor fabrication facilities. General semiconductor industry or manufacturing experience without fab construction and project delivery responsibility is not sufficient.

Deep understanding of fab construction, including construction sequencing, constructability, multidisciplinary coordination, project controls, field execution, commissioning interfaces, and the integration of engineering, procurement, and construction activities.

Strong operational and commercial leadership capability, with experience managing project performance, P&L considerations, delivery risk, cost, schedule, productivity, resource requirements, and corrective actions across complex project portfolios.

Experienced people and project leader, with the ability to lead Project Directors and multidisciplinary teams, build organizational capability, deploy resources effectively, and influence stakeholders across a distributed and matrixed organization.

Relevant academic and professional qualifications, including a degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Relevant construction, safety, or project management certifications are an advantage. Willingness to travel to project sites as required is essential.
