Role Description

The Vice President Operations is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational performance and long-term scalability of the organization. This role will lead and optimize core processes, ensure efficient delivery of crypto-related content and tools, and coordinate cross-functional teams to support growth initiatives. The Vice President Operations will own operational planning, resource allocation, and execution of key projects, while maintaining quality standards and regulatory awareness relevant to digital assets. The person in this role will collaborate closely with leadership on business strategy, monitor operational KPIs, manage budgets and P&L, and continuously improve customer-facing and internal workflows.
