• Demonstrated hands-on leadership style with regular, visible presence on the shop floor.
• Experience operating in complex, custom, low-volume production environments with tight tolerances and demanding quality requirements.
• Strong track record applying Lean/continuous improvement methodologies (Kaizen, Six Sigma, 5S, OEE improvement, waste reduction) to drive measurable operational results.
• Demonstrated success growing or scaling a manufacturing operation's revenue, output, or footprint over time.
• Strong team leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
