The client is seeking a Vice President of Strategy to support the next phase of growth for a healthcare and pharmaceutical services platform. The role will work closely with the private equity sponsor and executive leadership to advance value creation initiatives and drive key commercial and strategic priorities within the life sciences, pharmaceutical, and healthcare ecosystem.

Responsibilities will include leading value creation and growth efforts, helping define and execute an ambitious strategy to scale the business, and supporting the planning and execution of initiatives aimed at doubling the size of the organization. The role is expected to coordinate cross-functional efforts with executive leadership to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans.

The ideal candidate will bring two to four years of strategy consulting experience at a top-tier firm and two to four years of operating experience in the broader life sciences, pharmaceutical, or healthcare space. The client will value experience developing commercial and strategic plans and applying practical operating knowledge to drive measurable growth.
