Job Description

We are looking for a newVice President of Programs who would report to the Chief Operating Officer (COO). The Vice President of Programs is responsible for leading and managing the full lifecycle of project execution within the organization. The role focuses on ensuring timely, on‑budget, and quality delivery of all initiatives. This includes strategic planning, process optimization, budgeting, and team leadership. The VP will oversee Project Managers and Site Managers, guide them on financial targets, and serve as the key liaison to executive leadership for updates and escalations.

• Lead, coach, and develop project teams to ensure successful execution of deliverables.
• Partner with department leaders to allocate resources and assign project personnel.
