Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead the Tampa-to-Melbourne region. You will build a high-performing team, strengthen client partnerships, and drive profitability and service excellence.

Lead regional operations, align resources, recruit and develop management talent, and translate strategy into measurable results using financial insights and scorecards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; master’s degree is a plus.
• At least seven years of management experience.
• Experience hiring, leading, evaluating, and developing managers.
• Strong financial judgment and the ability to turn business data into action.
• A track record of improving profitability and operational performance.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
