Description
Dreisilker Electric Motors, Inc. is seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President of Finance to join our executive leadership team.
As a family-owned company, we value integrity, accountability, collaboration, and long-term relationships. We are proud of the business we have built, and we are looking for the right financial leader to help us grow responsibly, improve profitability, strengthen our financial controls, and prepare the organization for its next chapter.
This is more than a traditional accounting leadership position. The Vice President of Finance will serve as a strategic partner to the President, ownership, and executive leadership team. The successful candidate will bring the financial knowledge, operational understanding, and forward-looking strategy needed to turn financial information into clear business decisions.
The Vice President of Finance will lead the company’s financial strategy and oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, risk management, and internal controls.
This individual will work closely with leaders throughout the company to identify opportunities to improve margins, optimize working capital, strengthen processes, increase efficiency, and support sustainable growth.
The ideal candidate is a hands‑on financial leader who can understand the details while maintaining a broad strategic perspective. They will be comfortable evaluating inventory, work in process, costing, pricing, labor, operational performance, and profitability—and translating those findings into practical recommendations.
