Job summary

T5 Data Centers seeks a seasoned Construction Manager to lead and oversee mission-critical builds, from planning through execution. You will manage scope, schedule, and budgets, ensuring top-tier quality while coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in construction management, owners representation or design-build experience, and proficiency with Procore and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of construction management experience.
• Background in owners representation and/or design-build required.
• General contracting and data center experience required.
• Proficiency in Procore, Excel, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, and Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across construction management and general contracting projects.
• Oversee scope, schedule, budget, and quality for mission-critical builds.
• Direct planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure timely, efficient delivery.
• Recruit, train, and develop construction staff in partnership with HR and senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and risk management protocols.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and executive-level reporting.
• Negotiate contracts and manage vendor, subcontractor, and client relationships.
• Foster innovation, best practices, and continuous improvement across teams.
