Job summary

Ignite Medical Resorts is seeking a Vice President of Clinical Operations to oversee nursing across multiple resorts. This leadership role drives clinical strategy, partnerships, and staffing to deliver exceptional patient care in a luxury rehabilitation setting.

You will report to executive leadership and collaborate with the General Manager and care teams to implement Ignite’s vision, focusing on quality, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must be an RN licensed or able to obtain TX license.
• Director of Nursing experience required.
• Position requires ~80% travel.

This position is crucial for helping to drive the Ignite culture with the nursing department in our resorts and will partner with the General Manager, the resource team and the building leadership team to bring our vision to life.
