Based in Purchase, NY, the Vice President of Corporate Development will be part of the Strategy, Corporate Development and will report to the Senior Vice President, Corporate Development. The primary responsibility of the Vice President of Corporate Development is the formulation of inorganic growth opportunities and leading the identification, development and execution of strategic opportunities across Mastercard’s business related to potential equity investments, acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures. The role requires a big picture thinker able to fully connect with the payment and technology industry environment and see lateral opportunities across geographies and industries. The candidate should be able to understand and synthesize market and industry insights, identify competitive trends, and partnership opportunities.

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
