Our client is a high-growth, AI-native SaaS company in the proptech space. Following a recent Series B and growth to approximately50 people, the business is entering an important stage of scale and is looking for a VP of Marketing to build and lead its marketing function.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Co-Founder & CEO, you’ll inherit a team of 2–3 people and have the opportunity to build the function around you.

This is a highly hands-on leadership role within a sales-led B2B SaaS business, ideal for someone who understands how marketing can directly influence pipeline, move enterprise deals through the funnel and support the next phase of revenue growth.

You will:

  • Own and execute the company’s overall marketing and go-to-market strategy.
  • Build scalable demand generation programs that create qualified pipeline and measurable revenue impact.
  • Partner closely with Sales to improve funnel conversion, lead management and enterprise deal progression.
  • Shape positioning, messaging, product marketing and brand strategy.
  • Lead and develop the existing marketing team while building the function as the company scales.
  • Own marketing performance, including KPIs, attribution, CRM, automation and marketing technology.
  • Remain hands-on across a broad mix of marketing initiatives including content, digital, events, ABM and sales enablement.
What They’re Looking For

You’ll likely be an experienced B2B SaaS marketing leader who has operated successfully in an early-stage or scale-up environment.

Particularly relevant experience includes:

  • Scaling a SaaS business through a significant growth phase.. ideally around $1M–$10M+ ARR or beyond.
  • Building marketing functions rather than simply inheriting large established teams.
  • Strong demand generation and pipeline creation experience.
  • Working closely with enterprise Sales teams in businesses with complex or longer sales cycles.
  • A commercial, data-driven approach with a strong understanding of the relationship between marketing, pipeline and revenue.
  • The ability to operate strategically while remaining very hands-on in execution.
