Vice President, International Tax Planning & Compliance
The Vice President, International Tax Planning & Compliance is a senior leadership position responsible for developing and executing the company's global tax strategy while ensuring compliance with international, U.S., and local tax regulations.
This individual serves as a strategic business partner to executive leadership, finance, treasury, legal, corporate development, technology, and regional business teams. The role oversees international tax planning, US international tax compliance, tax risk management, tax controversy support, M&A support, and the tax implications of emerging business models, including digital assets.
The successful candidate combines deep technical tax expertise with strong commercial acumen, leadership capabilities, and the ability to operate effectively within a complex multinational environment.

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
