Job description

Be at the Forefront of the Agentic AI Revolution

At Skan AI, we are pioneering the context engine for human and agentic execution, bringing context from enterprise operators, systems, and processes to power how the world's largest organizations execute their most complex, mission‑critical work.

We're in hyper-growth mode at exactly the right moment in history. As enterprises race to adopt agentic AI, we're uniquely positioned to deliver the clear signal they desperately need: a platform that trains and grounds AI Agents in trillions of real execution signals, enabling reliable, compliant automation of their most complex processes.

Backed by Dell Technologies Capital and other leading investors, we're the only company that can bridge the gap between AI's promise and enterprise reality, making us perfectly positioned to define the agentic era for modern enterprises.

Our diverse, collaborative team of 250+ innovators is solving category‑defining challenges at the intersection of AI, process intelligence, and enterprise work. Diverse perspectives fuel breakthrough thinking, cross‑functional collaboration is the norm, and our work directly transforms how Fortune 500 companies operate. We are shaping the future of work itself.

About the Role

We’re looking for an exceptional Vice President, Human Resources to help shape the next chapter of Skan AI’s growth. Reporting to our Co-founder, CTO, CPO & COO, this role serves as a key member of the leadership team and a trusted advisor to our co‑founders, partnering closely with leaders across the business to build the organization, leadership capability, and culture required to scale a world‑class AI company. This is a highly hands‑on leadership role in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment. You will operate across both strategy and execution—shaping organizational direction at the leadership level while also directly driving critical people initiatives across hiring, leadership development, performance, and global HR operations. This is far more than a traditional HR leadership role. You’ll help define how we attract exceptional talent, build high‑performing teams, develop leaders, create scalable people programs, and foster a culture where innovation, accountability, and excellence thrive. From executive hiring and organizational design to performance, compensation, compliance, and global growth, you’ll influence the people strategy behind one of enterprise AI’s most exciting companies.

Success in this Role

You are equally energized by strategy and hands‑on execution. One moment you’re partnering with founders on organizational design and executive hiring; the next you’re coaching leaders, shaping compensation philosophy, reviewing workforce plans, or helping scale people programs across multiple geographies. You thrive in high‑growth environments, embrace ambiguity, make decisions with data, and believe that exceptional businesses are built through exceptional people.

What You’ll Do
Executive Partnership & Organizational Strategy
  • Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to the co‑founders and executive leadership team on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, executive talent, leadership capability, and business transformation.
  • Develop and execute a forward‑looking global people strategy aligned with Skan AI’s ambitious growth objectives.
  • Partner with business leaders to design organizational structures that enable speed, agility, and scale.
  • Provide executive coaching and thought partnership to leaders on organizational effectiveness, change management, and leadership development.
Build a High‑Performance Organization
  • Champion a culture of high performance, accountability, continuous feedback, learning, and recognition.
  • Lead the evolution of performance management, leadership development, succession planning, and career growth frameworks.
  • Develop scalable manager capability programs that empower leaders to build engaged, high‑performing teams.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives while preserving Skan AI’s entrepreneurial, collaborative, and high‑performance culture.
Talent Acquisition & Employer Brand
  • Own the company’s global talent strategy, ensuring Skan AI attracts, hires, and retains exceptional talent across all functions.
  • Partner with executives on workforce planning and executive hiring.
  • Elevate Skan AI’s employer brand and employee value proposition to strengthen our position as an employer of choice.
  • Continuously improve recruiting processes, candidate experience, and hiring excellence.
People Operations, Rewards & Compliance
  • Lead all aspects of global People Operations, including compensation, benefits, HR technology, compliance, policies, employee relations, immigration, and people analytics.
  • Design competitive and scalable compensation and rewards programs that attract and retain top talent.
  • Ensure compliant, efficient, and scalable people practices across multiple geographies.
  • Leverage technology, automation, and data‑driven insights to continuously improve the employee experience and operational excellence.
Scale for Growth
  • Build scalable people systems, programs, and processes that support Skan AI’s continued global growth.
  • Lead organizational change initiatives that enable business transformation and operational excellence.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify and modernize People practices through technology and AI.
  • Build, coach, and develop a high‑performing global People function that serves as a trusted partner to the business.
What You’ll Bring
  • 15+ years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience, including significant experience in high‑growth SaaS, AI, or enterprise technology companies.
  • Proven experience partnering directly with founders, CEOs, and executive leadership teams on strategic business and organizational initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success building and scaling People functions through periods of rapid growth and organizational change.
  • Deep expertise across talent acquisition, leadership development, organizational design, performance management, total rewards, employee relations, compliance, and HR operations.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business strategy into impactful people strategies.
  • Experience leading global People teams supporting distributed organizations across multiple geographies.
  • Exceptional executive presence, communication, influencing, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for leveraging data and AI to drive informed decisions.
  • Experience with modern HR technologies and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree and/or SHRM‑SCP certification preferred.
