The position offers a hybrid work model out of our New York office and a comprehensive benefits package, including a generous salary range of $110,000–$170,000, with additional compensation options.

The Hedge Fund Research VP has extensive experience in conducting thorough research and analysis to support the sourcing, evaluating, and monitoring of hedge fund managers across various strategies within the financial services industry. This role is responsible for analyzing market trends, conducting in‑depth due diligence, and providing recommendations to support the firm’s investment objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of hedge fund strategies, strong analytical skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with fund managers and industry peers. The hedge fund strategies that will be analyzed will be both systematic and fundamental in nature, and as a result understanding hedge fund trading strategies and styles is a pre‑requisite. A quantitative, finance, or economics background is required.
