Razorfish in the United States is seeking a Group Creative Director to lead enterprise‑level creative for a high‑profile energy client. This leader will set the creative vision across teams and channels, ensuring work is strategic, beautifully crafted, and aligned to business priorities.

They will lead a multidisciplinary team of 12–15, mentor executives, and partner with senior clients to present work, influence decisions, and resolve escalations with confidence.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of creative experience managing complex client accounts, enterprise brands, or large multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong integrated campaign background across digital, social, content, video, experiential, brand, and communications channels.
• Executive presence with the ability to advise senior stakeholders, present independently, and navigate sensitive conversations.
• Portfolio demonstrates strategic thinking, strong storytelling, exceptional creative judgment, and high-quality craft.

Qualifications

• Background in copy or art direction
• Experience with energy, regulated industries, large brands, or complex enterprise environments is a plus.
• Curious, collaborative, and forward-thinking, with interest in AI and emerging creative technologies.

Compensation Range: USD $159,695.00 - USD $218,500.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. This role may also be eligible for bonus or incentive compensation. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
