This role is a critical part of our revenue operations and global marketing function and will partner closely with Rregional commercial functions and Product Marketing to fuel the next phase of Provenir’s growth.What You’ll Do

  • Lead and scale Provenir’s global demand generation and capture strategy, owning demand generation, capture and marketing strategy for pipeline nurture and customer/account growth
  • Work closely with content to design and execute multi-channel campaigns across paid media, SEO, content syndication, email, events and more
  • Drive ABM programs with AI-enhanced targeting, intent data, and intelligent personalization
  • Lead a global team of digital marketing specialists, field marketers and BDRs fostering a culture of innovation, global best practice and continuous learning
  • Drive global standards across these functions to aid consistency and adoption of best practice, whilst executing appropriately at a local and regional level to enhance regional performance
  • Collaborate with Sales and Product Marketing to create persona-driven journeys for target accounts that align with financial services buying cycles and messaging
  • Optimize the marketing tech stack, implementing automation and AI tools to drive efficiency
  • Own measurement and attribution, delivering data-backed insights and actionable recommendations to improve ROI
  • Produce data-driven quarterly and annual plans that align demand investments with corporate and regional growth goals.

  • Strong internal alignment between Regional Marketing, BDRs, and Sales
What You Bring
  • 8 –10+ years of B2B SaaS demand generation experience with specific expertise in the fintech and/ or enterprise technology sectors required
  • Experience leading global BDR teams and/or marketing functions
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to build and manage performance dashboards and attribution model
  • Led Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy, aligning sales and marketing to drive engagement and pipeline growth across high-value enterprise accounts.
  • Deep expertise across paid digital, SEO, lead nurturing, and campaign ops
  • Strong understanding of modern martech (Salesforce, 6sense, Lusha, Pardot etc.)
  • Experience operating in a matrix environment
  • Proven track record of building and scaling pipeline-generating and nurturing marketing programs
  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, builder environments
  • Strong leadership capabilities, with experience managing remote and international teams
  • A strategic thinker with tactical execution skills and a passion for driving results
