Vice President, Global Commercial Insights & Business Analytics
BeOne Medicines is seeking a Vice President, Global Commercial Insights & Business Analytics to build and lead enterprise Insights & Analytics (I&A) capabilities. This role will enable data-first decision-making across the global portfolio, standing up and scaling a high-performing center of excellence that spans forecasting, primary/secondary research, performance analytics, competitive intelligence, digital/omnichannel analytics, and advanced analytics. The position reports to the SVP, Global Commercial Strategy & Operations.

Responsibilities
- Own the global I&A strategy, operating model, and roadmap; evolve ways of working as the pipeline advances and markets expand.
- Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary team (internal and partner/vendor) delivering actionable insights to executive, therapy-area, and country teams.
- Support Global Commercial & Medical Leadership Team (GCMLT) leaders on commercial analytics to drive performance.
- Set the vision & operating model: establish an enterprise I&A strategy with clear direction for forecasting, market research, commercial/performance analytics, competitive intelligence, digital strategy, and advanced analytics.
- Define governance, standards, and KPI frameworks; champion data quality, privacy, and compliant use of real-world and patient-level data.
- Deliver decision-grade insights: lead global forecasting (demand models, scenario planning, sensitivity analyses) and support pipeline handovers; build market research to generate deep HCP, patient, and customer insights; establish proactive competitive intelligence; stand up performance analytics and executive reporting with clear drivers, risks, and recommendations.
- Advance digital strategy and enablement: develop enterprise content management strategy, oversee digital content operations, and manage website operations (including large-scale WordPress migrations) for stability and alignment with brand standards; lead SEO and SEM strategy across digital properties and campaigns.
- Drive advanced analytics (e.g., predictive modeling, patient finding, optimization) where outcomes improve marketing, HCP/DTC promotion, and medical affairs.
- Enable field excellence: partner on field strategy, targeting, territory design, and incentive compensation; provide sub-national insights and dashboards that are timely and action-oriented.
- Operate with excellence: build the team, translate business needs into scalable data and self-service tools, manage budgets and vendor ecosystem, and align with cross-functional leadership on strategies and evidence needs; represent BeOne externally as an analytics thought leader where appropriate.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 15 years of pharmaceutical industry marketing or related experience (including sales, finance, forecasting, market research, etc.).
- Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred; Bachelor's degree required.
- At least 5 years' experience as a senior operations and/or analytics leader in Oncology.
- Experience designing and building out a commercial function.
- Biotech or pharmaceutical US marketplace launch experience required.
- Global and/or international experience preferred.
- Proven ability to motivate and lead teams and to make and stand by difficult decisions.
- Highly skilled in influencing cross-functional teams and interfacing with key stakeholders and scientific and commercial teams.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills with the ability to synthesize data and present a clear overview of commercial strategy, opportunities, and risks for the Executive Team.
- Record of attracting and developing strong analytic talent; ability to grow and develop others.
- Ability to travel 25%.

Salary and Benefits
Salary Range: $296,000.00 - $386,000.00 annually. BeOne is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Actual compensation packages are determined by several factors unique to each candidate, including job-related skills, experience, certifications, education or training, and location. The recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for a preferred location during the hiring process. The listed range reflects base salary. Non-Commercial roles may participate in the annual bonus plan; Commercial roles may participate in an incentive compensation plan.
