Job summary

RevOps Careers is seeking a Vice President of Finance to partner with the CFO and senior leadership, guiding FP&A, forecasting, and strategic analysis across our integrated health system. This role will lead the consolidation of enterprise financial plans and forecasts, strengthening processes, systems, and reporting to drive informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.
• Ten (10) years of progressive finance experience.
• Formal people leadership experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading change management and transformation initiatives.
• Deep expertise in FP&A, financial modeling, and core finance practices.
• Strong executive-level communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders in complex environments.
• Advanced knowledge of budgeting systems, financial reporting tools, and related financial technologies.

Role Overview

Reporting to the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, this leader will serve as a key strategic partner to the CFO and senior leadership, bringing together financial planning, forecasting, strategic analysis, and insights across our integrated health system.
