Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in external affairs, development, or marketing/communications.
• Proven experience representing an organization publicly, including media engagement and crisis management.
• Track record of leading integrated marketing, branding, and fundraising initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an integrated external affairs strategy aligned with the Foundation's mission and three-year plan.
• Oversee fundraising, marketing, and communications, ensuring alignment with priorities and branding.
• Lead major gifts, events, annual giving, corporate/foundation support, and campaigns to meet revenue goals.
• Serve as a visible external ambassador and spokesperson for the Foundation.
• Cultivate relationships with community leaders, partners, and stakeholders.
