Job summary

Kroll seeks a Vice President to lead Delay and Quantum projects for domestic and international arbitration and litigation. You will manage project teams, draft expert reports, and present at client meetings across infrastructure, energy, and commercial sectors.

The role emphasizes supervising delivery, coordinating resources, and contributing to proposals while traveling for US and international assignments.

Qualifications

  • Degree in a construction or engineering related field is required.
  • A MSc and professional certifications such as AACE, RICS, or CIArb are assets.
  • Ideally 5+ years of construction related industry experience.
  • Experience in performing detailed Delay forensic analysis or for Delay Candidates.
  • Experience with Primavera P6 and scheduling software.
  • Experience in reviewing construction project cost records.
  • Experience in drafting sections of expert reports.
  • Excellent understanding of Microsoft Excel and ability to handle large data sets.

Responsibilities

  • Drafting expert reports and analysis for final reports.
  • Managing tasks/workload of the project team and reviewing their work for quality.
  • Reviewing documents on varied project types (buildings, rail, pipelines, highways).
  • Drafting notes and external communications to assist project scope and work streams.
  • Drafting project and fee proposals for small/medium projects and assisting on larger proposals.
  • Managing development and training of team members.
  • Presenting and participating in client meetings.
  • Attending marketing events to build relationships in the field.
  • US based with some national and international travel.
