Job description

Responsibilities

Work with retired and active application data archiving, retention policies, and data discovery and analysis in source systems.

• Convert archiving requirements into design and size archival data sets.
• Perform disaster recovery planning and manage enterprise infrastructure at the platform level using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub, SonarQube, PCF, HashiCorp Vault, JFrog Artifactory, and JFrog-XRay.
• Handle complex data models and mappings in Solix and map, configure, and migrate retired application data into Solix.
• Coordinate application decommissions after data archiving.
• Work with data privacy laws, including GDPR, CCPA, and CDPA.
• Implement full application data archiving (structured, semi‑structured, and unstructured) from applications, data, and object sources.
• Manage Amazon ECS, AWS services, Amazon EKS, Pivotal Cloud Foundry, CloudWatch logs, infrastructure monitoring, patching, and vulnerable remediation.
• Address issues, remediations, processes, compliance, audit findings, and measurements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering or a related field of study.

Minimum five (5) years of experience with Solix for retired and active application data archiving, retention policies, reports, and forms.

• Proficiency in applying data archiving and active data archiving of structured, semi‑structured, and unstructured data from applications, data, and object sources.
• Experience with complex data models and mappings, project lifecycle (requirements, architecture, design, scoping, implementation, operationalization).
• Knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, secret engines, and PCF within cloud‑native infrastructure.
• Expertise in continuous integration and delivery pipeline deployments to AWS containers and other servers.
• Familiarity with Solix CDP 2.6/3.0.
