Job summary

A clinical-stage biotech company is seeking a Senior Clinical Operations leader in Boston to drive the global clinical operations strategy. The position requires over 15 years of Clinical Operations experience, particularly with Phase 1 and 2 trials, and strong skills in CRO management and budget oversight. This executive role offers highly competitive compensation, including equity, and reports directly to the CEO.

Qualifications

Job description

A privately held clinical-stage biotech is advancing a novel small-molecule program for ALS and other neurodegenerative diseases. The company is preparing for Phase 1b studies with a clear path through Phase 3 and is seeking a senior Clinical Operations leader to own end-to-end execution and own the function.

This executive role reports directly to the CEO and will lead global clinical operations strategy, CRO and vendor oversight, inspection readiness, in a fast-moving, resource-efficient environment.

Ideal Background

• 15+ years in Clinical Operations with leadership of Phase 1 and/or Phase 2 trials
• Experience building and scaling Clinical Operations in emerging biotech
