BGIS is seeking a Vice President of Business Development to drive sales strategy and revenue for BGIS US in a remote role based in the United States. You will own the sales pipeline, lead major account pursuits, and partner with Marketing and Global Business Development to create go-to-market plans that fuel growth.
The role requires a track record of 10+ years in B2B enterprise sales, strong C-suite engagement, and the ability to manage large, complex deals across markets.
BGIS is looking for a Vice President, Business Development to join the team in Remote, US. BGIS is a leading provider of integrated real estate management services, including facilities management, project management, energy & sustainability services, strategic workplace consulting, real estate services and capital planning. Its range of solutions, supported by efficient systems, processes, and people, enables it to create and optimize places that work for its clients. The team is dedicated to inspiring, better business performance and helping clients focus on their core businesses. The Vice President, Business Development oversees the pipeline development, sales strategy development and execution strategy to drive revenue, margin, and operating income for BGIS US. The Vice President, Business Development, working both individually and as part of the broader team, will carry a personal quota, sourcing and managing opportunities to close. The Vice President, Business Development in partnership with the Global Business Development team and Marketing will develop and execute go to market strategies that facilitate pipeline growth sufficient to support BGIS US' substantial growth objectives.
