Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a Vice President, Biologics Development to lead Syner-G's biologics capabilities and client relationships on the West Coast.

You will establish and expand presence in key biotech hubs, oversee biologics CMC consulting projects (upstream/downstream, analytics, regulatory strategy), and develop a robust client pipeline through industry engagement, while supporting regional team build-out and delivering high-quality technical leadership across the biologics program

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or equivalent required; 20+ years biologics CMC experience with major sponsor or CRO.
• Deep expertise in process development, analytical methods, regulatory filings, and GMP manufacturing.

Preferred

consulting or advisory experience, mentoring skills.
