Reporting to the EVP, Chief Legal Counsel, the Vice President, Associate General Counsel serves as an internal leader, partner, and resource. This role delivers a broad range of general and credit union-specific legal services in support of our organization’s overall business plan and strategic direction. This individual provides timely and accurate legal guidance and expertise to the organization and its affiliated entities. Duties include, but are not limited to:

Compensation
This is a new role - anticipated range $180k-$240k, bonus eligible - compensation and final offers are based on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to experience, knowledge, skills, education, geographic location, market conditions, and internal equity.
