A leading international law and professional services firm is seeking an experienced Vice President for their AEOI team. This pivotal role entails managing Special Purpose Vehicle clients and ensuring compliance with FATCA and CRS regulations. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in AEOI compliance and possess excellent client relationship skills. We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Vice President to join our AEOI team, with a focus on managing Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) clients and related transactions. This role requires deep technical expertise in FATCA and CRS compliance, strong client relationship management, and the ability to lead complex engagements from onboarding through to reporting and regulatory filings.
Walkers offers a dynamic working environment with opportunities for career progression and an excellent remuneration package, include a base salary of up to US$140,000, a discretionary performance-based bonus, pension and fully covered health insurance for employees and 5 weeks' vacation. Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
