HMFP at BIDMC, Inc. is seeking a full-time Vice Chair of Technology and Innovation in Radiation Oncology. This role involves overseeing the integration of emerging technologies, enhancing clinical quality and patient outcomes, and serving as the primary liaison to industry partners.

The ideal candidate will provide strategic leadership, collaborate on research initiatives, and deliver clinical care in Boston. A board certification in Radiation Oncology is required, along with a Massachusetts Medical License.

The position offers a competitive pay range of $470,000 - $537,500, plus benefits.

Formación

• Must be board certified in Radiation Oncology or eligible within one year.
• Hold a valid Individual Federal DEA and Massachusetts Medical License.
• MA Controlled Substance Registration is required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic leadership for emerging technologies in Radiation Oncology.
• Oversee evaluation and implementation of imaging and treatment platforms.
• Serve as primary liaison to industry partners and guide technology assessment.
• Collaborate with leadership on translational and clinical research.
• Provide clinical care, teach, and conduct research as appropriate.
• Once approved, also provide clinical care at Dana‑Farber Cancer Institute.
