The role includes structured training at the I-care Academy to build long-term expertise in condition monitoring.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
• Strong interest in machinery vibration analysis and Industry 4.0 technologies.
• Willingness to relocate to Charlotte, NC for full-time onsite work.

Responsibilities

• Run high-level diagnostic analysis for rotating equipment (turbines, pumps, fans, motors, gearboxes) using data streamed to your workstation.
• Use AI tools that perform initial data screening to focus on complex diagnostics and prescriptive reporting.
• Manage and interpret data from Wi-care wireless systems, supporting global clients with timely asset health alerts.
• Convert spectral results into clear, actionable maintenance recommendations for onsite client teams.
• Progress toward becoming a top-tier condition monitoring expert through a personalized training program at the I-care Academy.

What You’ll Do

• Run high-level diagnostic analysis for rotating equipment including turbines, pumps, fans, motors, and gearboxes using data streamed directly to your workstation.
• Use AI tools that perform initial data screening, so you can spend your time on complex diagnostics and prescriptive reporting.
• Manage and interpret data from Wi-care wireless systems, supporting global clients with timely alerts on asset health.
• Convert spectral results into clear, actionable maintenance recommendations for onsite client teams.
• Progress toward becoming a top-tier condition monitoring expert through a personalized training program at the I-care Academy.

What You Bring

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
• A strong interest in machinery vibration analysis and Smart Factory (Industry 4.0) technologies.
• A genuine interest in vibration data analysis.
• Any prior maintenance experience is an asset.
• The ability to sit and focus on complex data sets, identifying patterns that others might miss.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Charlotte, NC for full-time office-based work.
