Job summary

Addington Place of Clarkston, part of the Senior Lifestyle family, is seeking a caring team member to assist the Resident Programs Director in creating, coordinating, and facilitating engaging activities for residents. You will help plan and run programs, encourage participation, and handle transportation as needed.

Ideal candidates are enthusiastic about fun activities, communicate clearly in English, and maintain a patient and flexible approach while supporting residents and teamwork.

Qualifications

• No programming experience is necessary.
• Clear and effective English communication.
• Active, valid driver’s license.
• Enthusiastic about fun activities and encouraging participation.
• Patient, helpful and flexible when explaining directions and answering questions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating all resident activities.
• Encourage participation and provide transportation to activities as needed.
• Lead various activities as directed by the Resident Programs Director.
• Order and maintain supplies for activities as needed.
