The role includes supporting event promotion, running activities, and occasionally driving residents to events. Ideal candidates connect well with people, bring creativity and energy, and hold a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Get to know Brightview residents to plan and implement engaging programming (spiritual, physical, intellectual, cultural and emotional).
• Promote and communicate upcoming community events and activities.
• Assist in organizing and running activities such as games, painting, singing, and music.
• Use social media, email, and newsletters to showcase daily happenings.
• May drive the company vehicle to transport residents to events (21+).
• Help set up and break down events and activities.
