Qualifications

• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with eye contact and a genuine welcome; thank guests on exit.
• Run the floor flow: manage waitlist, quote times, rotate sections, seat with intention.
• Read the room and adapt to energy; accommodate special needs; resolve small issues early.
• Communicate with servers, bartenders, expo, and managers to keep pacing smooth.
• Answer phones, take messages, and assist with to-go handoffs when needed.
• Keep lobby, menus, high chairs, and bathrooms clean and orderly.
