AdvancedPCB is seeking a manufacturing operator in California to support via fill operations and standard PCB production. You will read shop orders, perform quality checks, and maintain equipment and a safe work environment. This full-time role requires occasional weekend overtime to meet production goals.
The position offers a daytime shift from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, with California pay range of $19.00–$23.00 per hour USD, DOE. ITAR compliance applies and applicants must be U.S.
This position requires access to controlled technical data and/or participation in activities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). As such, all applicants must be U.S. persons, as defined by ITAR (U.S. citizens, U.S. lawful permanent residents, or individuals with refugee/asylee status). Candidates who do not meet ITAR eligibility requirements will not be considered for this position.
A via is a copper plated hole used to connect two or more layers in a printed circuit board (PCB). Via Fill is a manufacturing process used to selectively and completely fill or close via holes by applying an epoxy to the PCB and then planarizing epoxy and copper once the epoxy is cured.
This is a full-time position requiring available to work during standard business hours and mandatory weekend overtime when needed to meet production goals. Shifts may include weekends when schedule details are provided in advance.
Work schedule is Monday Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm.
California Pay Range: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour USD | DOE
