Job summary

Cincinnatus LLC is seeking experienced VFX and CG professionals to join a leading AI lab's GenAI team, shaping the next generation of generative video models. Roles include VFX supervisor, compositing supervisor, FX/CG specialists, previs supervisors and concept artists for full-time, ~40 hours/week.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in feature VFX, animation or virtual production.
• Credits on 2+ professional films.
• A background in at least one of: VFX Supervisor, Compositing Supervisor or Lead Nuke or Flame; FX TD or CG Supervisor; Previs/Postvis Supervisor; or Senior Concept Artist.
• Meticulous eye for temporal instability, seams, spill and micro detail.
• Hands-on use of generative tools to create concept art, previs and test samples.
• Nice to have: reliable access to a 4K display for pixel-level review.
• Ability to engage reliably for approximately 40 hours/week during weekdays.
• Strong written communication and the ability to turn VFX, physics and preproduction detail into precise language for captions and evaluation templates.

Responsibilities

• Set the quality bar with standards for micro detail, multi-layer integration, physics, previs and concept art.
• Curate benchmarks of hard VFX, simulation, previs and concept work.
• Critique model outputs frame-by-frame for instability, seams, spill and detail.
• Shape reviewer pool and captions; define vetting and calibration.
• Collaborate with experts to keep evaluations consistent and accurate.
